Thanks to everyone on the forum for your kind words and well wishes. Julie has been reading your responses today and is touched by your kind thoughts.

Never fear, she is planning her first ride on the (to be) repaired Sporty. They both should be mended at about the same time.

Reading all the above comments makes me realise why we ride bikes, BROTHERHOOD, the bond between bikers is always strong and never shows itself more than when one of us is down or in need of a hand.

Once again, thanks to all and have a safe christmass and new year.

    Regards Bob & Julie.

Don't hop on for bit then get greeted with this. Great!!
Sorry to hear about your off Jules, it's just an unfortunate part of riding bikes that most of us get a turn at.
Glad to hear you're on the mend & already planing to get back on the bike & I hope you will still enjoy it just as much.
Good onya Bob for looking after her mate & may it all go well for you both.
May your recovery be speedy & you bounce back as good as new.
Cheers Steve, Jan & the Kids

A big thank you to all the forum brothers & sisters. Julie & I are very touched by the generosity shown by the donations received through the HDFA Fund.

It will come in very handy with both of us off work over x-mass and the new year.

We are both very humbled by your kind words, cards, flowers, and well wishes.

Our home is your home, and there is always help here in Adelaide for any forum brothers or sisters travelling our way.

Julie will find out tomorrow the extent of the surgery needed to right her mangled up left knee. We will also find out when the surgery will be.

    Will keep you all updated.

    Regards Bob & Julie
