So a couple of us think it would only be right to have a meet up akin to a Christmas party, but more a ride and social gathering any time from now.
I was thinking prospectively of a ride to the Tool Shed out Noojee way for a lunch and an afternoon, maybe via Mornington and that beach road for some happy snaps of the bikes and the water. Given my record of organising rides, I'll be by myself... let's see - breakdowns, sleep-ins, I'm married, its too-far-to-go, and oooh it might rain. Those tunes still top the charts...
Regardless I was thinking this Sunday coming would be ideal, though I'd be open to the idea of it on Saturday as well. Meet at the Donuts. Jingle your bells.
PS - Open to include/modify for any people west of the CBD if they decide they wanna get more than 30 miles from the Werribee shit-farm
PPS - before any bleating about Toy Runs, I've had my fill of MRA-organised runs for the year and all that road captain/ride leader bullshit on the Ballarat Run, am over riding with power rangers and Victories, not to mention that police-escorted rides can go escort themselves up the khyber pass. Humbug.

Fairly new to the forum, never riden with you lot, but would love to have a ride this weekend and meet some of the faces behind the names. Can't do Sunday, but a willing taker for Sat if the weather is compatible for a fair weather rider like me.
Would be coming from Warrandyte if that make a difference to the starting point or destination.
Will check in later in the week to see what's happening.

So if we hold "christmas" off until at least the weekend of 19/20 December, Jake decided he'd collect some folding matter from us to wire over to the Phoenix fund. Lofty and Mrs Lofty were great folk on the Pub run, and what shoddy luck to have in the weeks before Christmas.
Kidding about Jake delegated to collect, but I'm sure we can pass the proverbial hat around for a few smackeroos. Don't blow all your dosh on toy runs, now...

Just heard on PBS, Southern Beaches Rod and Custom Club doughnut breakfast at Krispy Kreme Narre Warren this sunday 7.AM - 10 AM. Tool up and get down there Maples and sort it out eh? Can't be taking liberties like that.......
Saturday is out got a nieces birthday to go to...... nite time onwards could be a go
