looks much like a southern state in the US
In the Mid North S.A.
Bindoon, West Aust.
South Arm in Tasmania
Not rusty, corrugated iron was not invented when this little gem was made.
From a historical property in N.E Tassie which also housed the last Tasmanian Emu before they became extinct.
Was in Broken Hill the other weekend and spotted this church. It was Sunday and the church was shut.
Fucken Jeezus! Had to miss church for the day. I hate that.
Scenic, South Dakota
the town of Scenic was for sale.. it also has a jail, post office petrol station, general store and 6 or 7 houses. its on the edge of the badlands just before the black hills and sturgis.
we went there for a serious look but as it happens church bought the town before we got there anyway.
on a good area of land last place before you enter badlands national park.
Funny looking town. Looks a bit contrived, like a veneer, a film set, outright fake even. Especially that last shot of the timber facade in front of the tin shed.
Good thing the church beat you to it maybe.
I love this photo but the mailbox ruins it?
Passing through Broken Hill
Nice one Dezzas.
Was in Broken Hill not so long ago as well(see pic a few posts ago), and would have loved to have stayed a few days more(cunts I was with didn't get it). It is an iconic Australian town that has seen booms and busts.
A bit busty now but interesting heritage.
