What's the best big-twin Harley for carrying a passenger? In particular a well-built passenger? I would like a Superglide, but judging by the data I got from Harley's official website it looks like the Fat Boy, might be a better idea, (assuming we ignore the bigger price tag), due it's fatter rear tyre.
I once had a passenger who weighed about 80kg on the back of my old jap bike. I weighed only about 70kg back then, the bike alone about 230. Didn't feel good, all that top-heavy mass! That's a good point about Harleys. The heavy steel motor acts like a ship's keel and helps keep the whole thing stable, right?
Cheers.

The ultimate two up would have to be the Ultra Classic, depends on how much two up riding you intend to do. If the baggers don't float your boat then a Heritage or Fat Boy would be good pillion rides.
ONLY the ROADKING cos i own 1
I don't own this one any more (I wish I had kept it), but for two up long distance work, there is none better.
Depends on whether high touring miles were a major factor or not.If so then an Ultra is the go,if you want it to be a bit more multi purpose, then the road king is the go,dress it up with a Touring type seat and with the bags and the screen you have a very capable touring bike.Strip it down and add a solo seat and remove the screen, you have a nice cruiser.Ask me how I know !!!!!
