06 wideglide inner bearing went @ 23000km on way to national rally Fixed under warrenty took a month to fix. Had to go the to the rally in a car had a winge to harley reps @ rally and they lent me a 08 vrod for me to do the thunder run.
Later talking to rep he said some of 06 bearings where pressed on with the wrong size press whitch damaged the hard facing on the bearing.I asked him what would happen if the bearing went again and the bike was out of warrenty.His reply was as long as I got the bike serviced by a HD dealer that HD would fix any issues with the inner bearings
