OK....we all seen it before...but now I'm living it.....bloody harley horn has karked it.....trying hard to save a gouging at the stealership...anyone got an friend in the business....stolen parts...or a second hand boner...err...horn that will scare the snot outta small children and wayward drivers???

Anyway..I guess the Gecko Eviction notice worked....cos so did the horn today......go figure.

I think the horn is in a cunt of a position I've hit the indicators instead of the horn . the horn on a motorcycle needs to be 200db and actuated by a big red button that you can hit with the side of your fist.

This isn't what your looking for-- but until you find it you could try this:

The horn on my '96 FLSTN got squaaarky and weak a number of years ago. I took it off and gave it a gutful of WD-40 facing upwards, let it set for 10 minutes or so then tapped the back of it (with the horn opening facing downwards obviously) with a screwdriver handle and watched a ton of flaky corroded gunk fall out of it.

Hooked it up after that for a test and it's still going...lets see- that was in 2002 or 2003 as I recall.

Oh-- maybe that was probably back when horns were made somewhere other than China.....
