    Looks like someone has grafted a wheel chair to the back of a Rocker.

     Sorry to any wheel chair operators I may have offended.

    no no ...we are talking about the seat ...the bike is fine ..after all it is a real harley... a rocker ...possably one of the most collectable custom models harleys every made for a long time..not the so called harley thingo  with water in it ... its just a seat ..it can be taken off ...canya take the water out of that thingo????
