    changed my shocks today for the upcomming run , ive always been hearing a noise , put it down to my engine mount as bits of rubber are hanging out ,now that i have some suspension i could see the tank moving nope my tank lift kit from the usa is snapt both sides , only been on 4 about 7000ks

    IF THE TANK IS MOVING CHECK THE BOLT (fucking caps lock) closest to the seat and make sure its done up tight too. When you put on a lift you have to loosen it and a lot of ppl forget to tighten it up again, or they do it up, but not enough. That rear bolt allows the tank a fair bit of free play if its not tight.

     G'day Bacamick,

    My Tank Lift did the same. I emailed a photo to the bloke who makes them in the states and he sent the new improved model to me free of charge.

    His email is mmcproducts@yahoo.com  his name is Gene at Moor City Creations. Good Bloke. The new design is different and has no welds besides the nuts.
