Hope this helps someone .....genuine Harley kit less than $50....everything in kit was good value......this fixed the problems with my front brake and was fairly easy to do......pics follow (I hope)
Longnose pin punch in hole to remove piston ass ( no "C" clip ) just push out but make sure you hold other end as per pic as piston assembly pops out fairly easy.
Crap photo but you can see how bad the bore looks...2007 model 16000 klms
Reservior after cleaning
Bore after a clean with brake cleaner
New parts assembled and lubed ready for assembly
After sliding piston ass into bore I used a 15mm 3/8 drive socket and long extension to push the sweeper seal (HD language) in....this seal holds everything in place....just take it easy, hold the socket and extension straight and push it in by hand.....no hammer needed.
Photobucket is to fucking hard to work or maybe I have had a few more oyzo's tonight........I will try and fix it so the pics come up tomorrow....cheeers gona have another one.
Thanks Wozza you made it easy......cheers.
