Had my stock exhaust put back on for the run down south (save any defect hassles) and noticed both header pipe bolts had come loose. The rear was leaking.

So I removed the pipes,check and put back on. Now the rear header pipe is leaking worse.

Any tips when installing pipes? What to look out for, sequence when installing, i.e. install- tighten rear first, install while cold/warm/hot etc. Any help would be appreciated.
