Hi guys

just wondering if anyone knew the poor guy that died on

thursday 12/11/09 near Nowra.

Was hit by a kangaroo and slid onto the path of a 4wd

The guy was from Bondi and chances are we knew him

I have had my own experience in that regard though. I ride trail bikes also and have a 610 Husky. Was out in the mountains near Trunkey Creek in western NSW.....long, wide and very fast fire trails out that way. Was miles from anywhere and alone ( stupid I know) and it was getting on dusk so I was into it to get back. Came round a big sweeping left hander at probably 120-130, and in the blink of an eye a bloody Wallaby just flew out from nowhere. Hit him with the front wheel and went into an enormous tank slapper. Somehow managed to save it, and I tell u the heart was jumping out of my chest. I had a hugely bruised knee and unfortunately for old mate Wallaby he was killed outright. Scared the fuckery out of me and if I had of come off and been injured Im sure I wouldnt have been found for a good long while.

Bloody livestock as well mate...a mate of mine lived out Cowra way. Had a Goldwing at the time. Well he was hooting along, came round a corner and there was a great big friggin Mob of Sheep on the road. Pure carnage he reckons, killed 3 of them and broke his arm.
