I'm thinking that a white wall rear tyre on my 2008 FXDC may in some part replicate the cool look of my green mettalic dragster bike circa early 1970s (sissy bar, banana seat, three on the frame suicide style gear shift - the biz).

Seriously though - Trivetts tell me today that AVON do not do a white wall tyre to suit my bike. Can anyone recommend other makes/manufaturers? I'm after reasonable wear (I've just got 14,000km's from the original stock tyre). I might consider the wide tyre kit if I have to - so 180 on the rear is possible. 160 preferred.

Is it a 16" or 17" Rim ?

17" I think.

They are the chrome profile laced aluminium ones (optional, but same dimensions as stock).

 

Motorco quotes spec as 160/70-17 73V.
