I have a camera, mounted video camera and laptop with me to keep you informed of the trip. (if the modem speed lets me)
Once I get to Edenhope on Sat 21st Nov for the Pub challenge and survive the hangover, its off to the great ocean road on Sunday and a bit of a tour around country Vic until Sat 28th.
Then its back to the Edenhope pub for another session (poker run) after that I have 2 weeks to get back. Thinking Mount Panorama lap at Bathurst, visit the son in Singleton, Hunter valley and then onto Gladstone to visit a mate.
Then make my way home via who knows where

Just had a look at the weather forcast from Monday to Friday next week in the areas where I'll be on the way down. Nothing below 40 and up to 43 deg around Coober Pedy.
Can't wait for that. And here I was buying thermals!!! WTF.

Bikes back together, tools, rain gear and thermals packed (rain gear and thermals!!??)
All the comms are ready. Just downloading music for the trip (and having a beer). Pack the clothes shortly. Give the boots a bit of leather treatment, Load up the bike in the morning.
Should be outa here by 8 am. (yeah right!)
Left home at 1030 this morning. Uneventful ride. 40+ deg. At Daly Waters pub. Rehighdrated. On to the next stop tomorrow.

Got a leak in the primary and the exhuast headers are leaking again so will have to get a bit checked along with oil.
