I bought one of the the halfmoon wing windshields from Pat and Robin after spying one on Scotty's ride.

Service was great I received an email  response within 20 minutes of my order being placed and 10 minuted later got a phone call from

Robin, just to make sure the order was right. She caled from Lexington South Carolina in the USA. After quite a long

friendly chat, I confirmed the order and received my screen within a week!!! Not bad at all.

But the story doesn't end there, after returning from Phillip Island I noticed a small crack at the bottom of the screen. I emailed

Robin and Pat, and to my utter delight and amazement they replaced the screen, no questions asked, in fact they called me again and after

speaking to them for about 30 minutes, they assured me that the replacement was on it's way. Wouldn't even let me pay for the postage which

cost almost as much as the screen itself. Sure enough, a week later I got my replacement screen. Absolutely outstanding service if you ask me.

(as an aside, I did order a larger touring screen from Fraser when I picked my picked up 5 months ago, and I'm still waiting for them to call. it's on backorder

    so I was told).

Anyway, just passing on the message that these screens work well and the service is a-one.  To those of you who may be interested check em out

    Cheers

They are good people to deal with and very friendly as you have discovered.

Their screens are tougher than they look...I put one on my SG and the stand the SG was on collapsed resulting in the bike falling off the stand. As the bike fell off the stand the screen contacted the barbell shaft on my bench press stand as it fell down and I now have an artificial horizon scratched onto my screen!
