Need opinions on Vance and Hines big radius 2 into 2. How loud are the pipes.

I would like the looks, but not the loudness. Something around sreaming eagle slip ons tone. Any one got thoughts?

I have these pipes on the Street Bob and I'd class them as loud but not annoyingly loud.  In fact a couple of weeks ago I met up with Rodders here in Adelaide and we compared the sound of the SESP slip-ons on his Dyna to the Big Radius on mine and while the Big Radius were louder there wasn't a whole lot in it.  If 1 was stock pipes and 10 was open pipes I'd rate it like this:

SESP: 5
Big Radius: 7

Have you seen the New Patriot Defenders, They are 4" on the Outlet, Stainless Steel and have a Butter Fly in the end to make them Loud or Quite, Quite is 96 Db,

I have them in Polished or Black Coated, Long or Short versions, They also have Chrome Heat Shileds.

Frank, I have BR's on my RockerC and fitted the Big City Thunder Extra Quiet baffles but I reckon they only knocked off about 5% of the volume. They are LOUD and I would prefer about 15% less noise as they are quite tractor-like in their pitch. They look awesome though!

I have vance and hines slip ons on my Rocker. They are so loud that it makes me sick after a long ride. Had enough, time to quieten the bike down. Would like a cool looking set of aftermarket pipes without the noise. Spoke to Big Joes Choppers and said he can make the big radius look, but with more of a subdued tone using longer baffles.

Ordered the Vance and Hines big radius. See how it goes when fitted up.

i really like the look of the big radius pipes from V&H , but every 2nd HD i see has them fitted lately ..
