thought I might as well suggest a meeting point, how about 10am at the Lady Nelson? its about a 1.5 hour ride + lose 1/2 an hour crossing the border,.

 I would head to Dartmoor, go thru Digby, Merino, Casterton, then either Dergholm or Chetwynd then on to Edenhope.

That way we get to the pub around midday, have a great counter meal lunch and wait around drinking piss waiting for the Vics to slowly roll into town....

open to other ideas but thought i had better kick it off...

Thanks for organising the pickup point, it's a great idea. I've been ordered to go to my great aunt's 80th birthday in Adelaide, real bummer. Afternoon tea on Saturday at a church hall with no alcohol. Should be all said and done by 4pm so I'll leave my bike at Naracoorte, hitch a ride up and back and then scoot over to Bacamick's as soon as I can get back.

Sorry to hear about your canary, what a complete crock of crap. WinTV should post a warning on the news, just like they do on the Adelaide news, let us know when the fuzz are coming down this way for a holiday at our expense.

Fishholes bike rally is on this weekend at Portland. I went last year, a really good do. They've got a nicely set out burn out pad. Good place for you to get warmed up before Edenhope.

If you're still planning on riding through Dartmoor, I can meet you on the Digby Rd corner like last year. Just let me know what time you reckon you'll be passing through.

If anyone else from the South East is lurking about and thinking about coming, don't be shy. Great pub, great ride to the pub, great meal and hospitality at the pub, great ride to Harrow and great night at the pub and great company. Yeah it will be great to see you there.

Aussie train might be with me, not sure... and I have to chase up another couple of members from down here that were talking about coming to see if they still are and if they want to meet up for the ride up.
