to anyone out there who dont like the bars on the 09 tourers and ya want to change em

dont be ripped off by the harley parts book recommendations........according to the book .......and a few dealers ya need to buy aal this shit which ya dont need

have just fitted  wild one chubby 575 bars to my 09 flht and all i needed was a clutch cable +4"

nearly finished the job as i am doin it in stages [gettin too f##ckin hot here]

have internally wired the bars and the standard wiring is long enough just have to move the connector plugs around a bit behind the fairing.found the job easier than i thought it would be

the abs brakeline was long enough so ya dont need new lines

and the fly by wire was plenty long enough [just had to be real careful with a delicate connector, when unplugging it]

these bars are about 2" higher than the standard and come back further about  1.5" and look good as well

have yet to take the bike for a ride.......still have ta change the clutch cable

but everything else is together and just sitting on it, bars will be a big improvment  over original

found the yank h/d forum  a graet help for tips on doin the job  and a workshop manual a'course

will try a nd post some pics next week
