Aldi wet weather gear is getting a work out in Sydney at the moment, costs about  $35 bucks, folds up to nothing and is ok, top great,

pants might get something else as water pools in seat and seems to get in, may need just spray with water proof scotch guard for a start or get some shell snowboard pants with high repler water rating like above 10k or 15k

i wear a set of HD lightweight raingear , breathable gortex jacket 100% waterproof, waterproof pants that have an insert so the pipes don't burn them, can also be used on extra cold days over your normal riding jacket to keep the wind out,

cost 180.00. no complaints from me .

Done Adelaide to Geelong via the ocean road , in pissing down heavy heavy rain had on Aldi jacket and aldi textile waterproof pants , pants were ok jacket shite water came in around the zip but it was very heavy rain . few weeks later Adelaide to qld , pissed down heavy rain . wore Rj's waterproof textile jacket , the Aldi waterproof pants , it was freezing and wet but i stayed warm and dry for the 4 days in it .

EXCEPT for the gloves , 3 different pair none worked , and my boots supposed to be rossi waterproof but after 8-9 hours of riding in rain , THERE NOT. For any more winter trips i'm gonna get them things that have a hard sole and go over your boots .

Don't go with a Harley image but fuck it i prefer dry and warm to image.
