All i have searched the net high and low for a solution to my problem.

I want to turn off the alarm chirp on my 09 FXSTB and nothing i can find turns the damn thing off yet i have seen other models that do not chirp has anybody had any success in working this one out??

I'd presume its in the manual somewhere - prolly in the shity little one they give you with the bike. I like the chirp since it makes the dweebs think twice.

1. With fob present, turn the ignition switch to ON, wait for the security light to go out and turn the ignition OFF.

2. When the system arms(2 flashes of indicators), immediately turn the ignition switch to ON.

3. Wait until the security light goes out and immediately turn the ignition OFF.

4. When the system arms, immediately turn the ignition to ONand wait for the system to disarm.

Nothing to it

As above  just cycle thru two ingnitions  to either turn on or off
