Their sales have declined and there's some major re-structuring to be done but at least they have a plan and ability to implement it going forward.  If you compare the position that Harley is in to those of U.S GM and Ford they are still way better off.  At least Harley didn't require a government bail out to save their necks like GM, Ford and Chrysler did.
