I would like to wire in a Headlight on/off switch on my 04 Lowrider as I have always opposed the "lights on" regulation and wish to be proactive about my dislike of headlights on during daylight hours.

My question is will I do any harm to the charging system or battery if I turn the lights off and ride for extended periods?

not that you want to hear it... Keep your lights on and your pipes loud that's my 2c

if you cut in a on/off switch to the healight fuse wire you can mount it anywhere i'm just putting mine under the front off the seat easy to reach when riding..ps your headlight parker is on a different fuse so you can either leave just a front parker or pull the little parker bulb out...

don't understand..whats wrong with headlighs during the day?
