Bit of a daggy question I know but WTF.
I've got me little collection now of about 6 patches, one of em' being HD forums of course, and now how do I put em on??

I know it's been mentioned in the past here to silastic/glue on? but that will obviously damage the leather jacket if you ever need to remove etc??

Anyone know of a shop in Sydney that will sew them on?
I asked local tailor said no, I asked Mister Mint show repair dude said no.

(Ps. no I do not have enuff points with the missus to even ask)

I have a little alterations shop in my local shopping centre that does it.....but I guess it's bit far to come to Melbourne just to get some patches attached

I tried sticking a few to a leather vest, some of them stuck okay, some started to lift. The ones that had the smooth backing (iron on type) lifted. I used silicon. Ended up getting them all sewed on, at $5 a pop. Have glued a southern cross patch to the back of a Dryrider jacket, just last night. I should go and have a look to see if it worked. Yes it has worked, this time I used Bostick Multi Bond 30ml tube. Works better than on the leather because of the material finish.

Cheers lads. Yeah will call into the Gypo' one day next week.

For my jappa/drag racing jacket I have used the iron on and sticks no problem on that fabric/material stuff.
