Dealer quoting up to two hours to retune my SEST after i fit new cleaner and pipes on my 09 Fatbob depending if it is just a base map or he tickles with the data after a run , personally i would have thought there must be a map for that configuration already as its got to be pretty common.,currently SE breather and SE slip ons going to SE Heavy breather and V & H 2/1
I can get Cd 32111-09 and cable 32184-08 for $70 au from US as i have some other stuff ordered . Question is are they the right parts for the SEST and is it easy enough to tune remap and tune, I have read heaps on the SEST and theres lots of info on the forum .I am a little computer savy but no experience in tuning at all
Cheers
Rob
Thanks Scotty, and that will work with the SEST? ( i think its the latest i have not really looked at the thing but it was purchsed only a few onths back) When you look at the CD does it list the avail maps and what they suit i.e map 1234 = SE heavy brether and certain sort of pipes, or how does a person know which map to start with
Scotty,
How good is the smart tune feature in 32111-10?
Will new software be OK with an 08 VCI?
Thanks for the info Scotty , i checked and its got the red button. I will buy the kit and play with it with the SE slip ons while i learn about it and wait to decide on the V & H . The note of the slip ons seems more meaty that the V & H so its just the look that is swinging me that way and with SE heavy breather and SE slip ons there should be a HD map i would guess
