Are the new 2010 models with Lambda based 02 sensors and all that jazz that goes alonmg with the ever-tightening emissions laws going to make modifying and tuning the bike for performance more difficult??

I have a 2010 bike on order, but still have the chance to take a 2009 bike instead.... what do the experts say?
