Hi there ya all

Getting closer so now we've locked in all bands. Heaps coming. Seems that some clubs have decided to make it their Xmas party (smart move ...bands, good food, drinks etc ...dedicated camp spavce ..club marquee etc)

So more details soon we've been waiting to get a good idea of numbers as the event grows as numbers grow. If you plan on coming but dont want to get a ticket yet drop us an email as it will help heaps with planning.

Now looking for any businesses wishing to take the opportunity to do some promotions. Timing arrive to set up before lunch on Saturday...through to dusk.

Hi there to all the HD forum family

Just a reminder that the next Friday 13th Biker gathering is getting close. If you are planning to come buy a ticket now.

This event is now being run over the two nights 13/14 November 2009 and the location has changed. We have taken it up quite a few cogs and focused on full throttle so come along and experience a real biker gathering.

There are a number of bands headlined by Doc Span. Entertainment should be top class and we have plenty in store re food and drinks.

The ticket price includes all entertainment, camping, courtesy bus (if wishing to camp Friday night and travel to Goomeri), as much as you can eat breakfast Sunday morning, entry to the show n shine, event patch and as numbers grow so does our imagination.

Calling all bikers and their mates.   We are well into putting everything in place with only 3 weeks to go.  Wayne and I ride out to Dusty Hill on Monday to finalise a few things then we are on teh countdown.

A quick update on things that have happened over the past few days as we are well into finetuning the event now.

• Tickets - available by going to the web site, we did have a cut off date but it seems that many still wish to come, so the skies the limit!
• Show n Shine. See the other post re this.  We have secured some great prizes from Sunshine Coast Harley Davidson
• Charity support.  The web site now outlines who we will be looking after this year.  
• Food menu...  there will be continuous food throughout the Saturday event.  Excellent choices, even a chip van and real coffee van
• Wet T Shirt Competition - come on ladies lets make it a blast.  Great rewards for those who have a go.
• Fashion show...seeking some models with attitude, contact us if you have an interest
