Before you buy the Ohlins HD219 Shocks for a 08 FXDB that the fitting kit they supply with it is for an 06 FXD and doesn't fit an 08

 For $2300 you will have to make your own spacers, or pack it with washers.

Bloody hell they handle good though RT.
cornering better than it ever has, it shows up the progressive front end springs now.
I have YSS racing valves to go into the forks to tame the front end a bit more.
I have a big grin again now.
Can't wait for tomorrows run.

If you havent already, you might want to fit a chassis stabilser kit. They really bring the suspension package together. Sharpens em up real nice.

Already have the true track.
Its a fucking hoot to ride now.

We picked it up Wednesday but I am not happy with it.
She is sorta looking forward to riding but won't know now until she has a go, exactly how effected she is.
You know that fear factor thing that happens.
So I will start her riding next weekend real slow right from the start again.
