Hi Guys, just bought a 2005 softail deluxe (beautiful) and the clutch lever is very heavy, is there any way to tention down the clutch lever without affecting the operational capability of the clutch it self. ive ridden others and the clutch lever is nowhere near this hard to pull

Put a Reduced effort clutch in Harley P/N 36808-05.

Put one in 4 weeks ago, wished I had've done this 4 years ago

try lubing the cable
it may have been neglected

And the best way to lube the cable is???

Then again it's not a Jappa so maybe buy a squishy ball and build up some wrist strength.
