Going to order a new 2010 bike and I want to get the 103" kit done....... I live in the West and just wanted some recommendation on who has the best workshop with the most experienced crew to do this?

SYS Harley are selling Rocker customs ready to go.

I used TTS. Loaded the map just before wheeling the bike into the workshop.  When they finished the install she fired up no worries, haven't V tuned yet because of the shitty weather and to busy riding it.

What is the opinion on the PCV  vs the TTS???  It seems that most dyno tuners like the PC and I plan on getting it dyno tuned for peace of mind..........
