Sounds wrong, but has any one attempted to move the forward controls on a Fat Bob back.
After reading a few post about the air cleaner being in the way, access to the brake and gear selector and comfort for us short asses.
Surley by now someone has had a go or knows of a replacement product.
I know that HD have made a kit for the Rods to assist with reach to the forwards.

I have put midmount pegs on to help the knee and posture but not the controls. See my posts from a week ago for pics etc. I imagine for controls you would need the whole setup from a US model (maybe a wreck) or someone who originally had mids and put on forwards. I understand the primary would need changing together with linkages and the brake rod would need replacing also
My knee is hitting also, I thought it was because i put a SE air cleaner on and kept the original cover and assumed it had moved it out an inch but from what i am reading maybe the cover gets in the way from the getgo
Gents I have said this before but I have fitted a reach seat because I am a short ass, but what I found was that my knee is not hitting the air cleaner as much, the controls are much better and the seating position now takes the load off my back and arms also seams to handle better may have something to do with centre of gravity. Hope this helps.

I also had problems with the forward controls on the 2009 FXDF so I fitted floorboards
HD Floorboards HD FXDP Floorboard mounts (F/Right modified) HD Forward mounts rotated The floorboards moved the feet back and up which made the standard bars too low so the 12” mini apes were installed. The original Tommy Gun exhaust pipes were too close to the frame downtube loop and the setup allows the standard pipes to be fitted if necessary. Plates made for mounting rotated mounts The push rod bracket on the brake pedal was cut off and rewelded to lift the rear brake pedal up higher. The L/H support for the highway footrest was modified The R/H Clevis/support for the highway footrest is still to be modifiedThe Highway footrest supports were rotated 180 degrees
