ok i know gruvy has run up the bum of a ute"truck"but had a fuckin idiot in a 4wd run me over today at a fuckin roundabout ! just got outa hospital no real worries just some gravel rash and wrenched back and knee , but this clown's excuse was "shit sorry mate i herd something takeoff thort it was you and floored  it "didnt look to see if i was moving or stopped just fuckin planted it stra8 into me stopped to give way to traffic on roundabout ....i was just on the verge of pulling on the gas and letting out the clutch when faaarrrrrrkkkkkkkk,,,,crunch scrappppppppppppppp pop bang im on me fuckin side under the bike !!!!! what the fuck ,,,,,so instant reaction is get up and start swinging ...naturaly had 15 -20 people saying calm down its not worth it ..fuck them some arsehole knocks me down i guna hit something or someone ...anyway ambo's fireries and cops rock up ,,,,,fuck me what a morning ,,,, and to make it a clincher i was on me way over to a mates shop to buy a new tailight ?? c&*ts c*&ts c*%ts im prettty sure a few new words where invented ...

Even though I know there's a few 4WD owners here I'm of the opinion that when you apply for 4wd rego they should use a shotgun to take your photo instead of a camera.

Am I wrong in thinking you shouldn't be touching shit on a wrecked bike (unless its unroadworthy, so I'd swap on roadworthy parts) as your insurance might deem the bike unroadworthy and void your claim?

hey gruvster yeah going ok now rofl.. fixit shop looked at it today , so far were up to .new....left muffler, left heat sheild, engine guard, highway peg and mount, complete saddlebag guard leftside, new seat, new passenger grab handle rail thingo's, new handle bars, new clutch lever, new switch block and switches left side, new risers, new bushes, complete tail/stop light assem, new topbox rack, and if theres anything else when they pullit apart ,possibly rear subframe and rear guard !! i think thats about it so far ...just waiting for the go ahead and parts to come in to start :/

Mate what a bummer. Cross your fingers and hope you get a good insurance assessor and company willing to pay and not just stuff you around.
