ANYBODY GONE FROM SERT to TTS

    Wanting to go from SERT to TTS, but I need an RMA form from TTS to do this. On their website it says to email them for an RMA form, done this 4 times in a 1 week period with no reply. Rang them 2 mornings in a row at 6AM Perth time taking into account the time diffference which works out at 3PM their time and all I get is answering machine.

    Has anybody who has done the change over to TTS find it this difficult to get the form.

    Any chance your calling the wrong number? Were here Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm. There are 7 phone lines and an answering machine so were going on the phones all day long. Sometimes we cannot get to all the lines and that where the answering machine will pick it up for us. Send your email to vickie@ttspowersystems.com and she can handle it for you.

    I had no problems and the turn around was really quick - be prepared to pay an extra $60 for postage
