Looks the goods...I would get some frame protectors just in case.

Not being picky but the pole looks a bit on the dangerous side...danger from hitting the tank and doing damage....maybe a foot lever of some kind to get rid of the pole.

    No worries Hilly,

I have a bit of experience in the jack design my self....back in 1997 I designed a jack to lift my Ultra of the ground like yours only with the aid of a hydraulic jack....still got the original sketches from concept to production.

Even made them for the sprint car racing industry.

From a jack for myself to many others....demand was there and they were going out the door...to bike shops and by courier throughout oz....ebay was not around at the time and it was door knocks and word of mouth that got them going.....although it didn't take long and the following year they were in the HD Accessory Catalogue.....coincidental or?...now you can get them anywhere.

But not like the assie design....robust....double powder coated...colour with clear fleck over the top, engineered to last and not too bulky...not like the copies.

Here is one I have used from day one....still the same as the day I built it.

Had to post this one...everywhere I go there she is.

Hilly mate, great minds think alike. I just finished putting my scoot ligt together.

Need to take both wheels off to get new rubber, and dual purpose cleaning tool.

I had made one up similar to your but had used some old boat roller to guide the frame tubes.

Could get both wheels off at teh same time got that one from Repco for just over the hundrey.

    Keep up the good work.
