hello to all Im after info on fornarles for the rear of my 98wg. can anyone suggest what type and who or wheres the best place to get em from. By the way ive got progessives on the back at this point in time and have tried several combos of settings which still leaves me with a sore arse and back after only 2hrs of continuos riding .to where Ive almost thought about selling me bike , but due to my stubbornest and threats from my better half im prepared to sort out the problem rather that ignore it. cheers

You can get them direct from Bertrand Cadart who is the Australian distributor for Fournales. I've got them on my FXDX and they made a hell of a difference over the standard full adjustable FXDX shocks.

He also does a deal with the shokie pump where you can use the pump for a couple of months to get the pressure right, when ordering just tell him how you ride and if its two up or solo mainly. His preferred mehtod of payment is COD so you don't have to worry about sending money first.

He can be contacted on 03 6375 1666

If you already have progressives then I would suggest like others have.... look at seat and ride position. I was having issues with sore back and had stock shocks on my Streeb Bob and all I did was change seat to a Mustang Solo... problem solved.

Snaggs, the Wideglide is sponsored by the American Chiropractors Society. its the apes and forwards that do the damage, putting all the weight on yer tailbone. I have progressives on mine and while they help, the best thing I did for long trips was to buy a Mustang Wide regal Touring seat. looks shit, but I have recently done 8 hrs and 9.5 hours in the saddle on shit roads and can still walk.

If ya gunna spend that sorta dosh just get Ohlins shocks and a mustang seat ya can't loose that way.
    Best of both worlds.
