Hey guys,

Well that time of the year is upon us again, our annual Route 66 Charity Poker Run.

This year we are doing an "East Meets West" ride, which has a group of riders leaving from both Rockhampton and Clermont at 11:30am on Saturday 10/10/09, and with an equal distance of riding, which is approximately 200km's, and having an equal amount of stops, both groups will be arriving back in Blackwater at the same time.

Riders from Rockhampton will be meeting at O'Dowds Pub, and travelling back to Blackwater with stops at Westwood, Duaringa, and Dingo before arriving at the club.

Riders from Clermont will be meeting at the Clermont Hotel, with stops at Capella, Emerald and Comet.


Once at the clubhouse, bike drags and burnouts will be underway, and there will also be awards for Best Bike and Best Ute.

Showers and toilets are on site, as with camping grounds. For those who would prefer to stay in town, there will be a courtesy bus running for your convenience.

Food and drink will be available, and with the live music it will be time to kick back and enjoy the night.

The ride is for a good cause, so get on ya bike, in ya ute, or however you choose to get here, and come have a good time with us.
