DD, depend's how much $ you have, if your got some spare $, go for it but like they say won't see much of a gain unless your making over 1hp per Cubic inch then you get 4hp, probably would not notice much at all, but if you gain 4ft pound TQ you will feel it slightly. what your doing with the heads sounds good enough, but like Oz said you would get more TQ with stock exh valve size unless you want to rev it then i think the 1.62, but why not just leave the exhast valve as is and see then if not happy you can put the 1.62 in. don't deck heads deck barrels this brings piston up to cause a better swish.. i know a guy that can deck TC barrels here but should be able to find someone there, if not ask me, but definatly better.
