Does anyone know where I can buy a NON LED smoked taillight for an 09 softy ?? The only one I have found so far is a Kuryakyn brand for about $60 but it has the clear window for the number plate light on top instead of the bottom.

Dunno ? never tried it, but it is a lay down taillight so probably not.

Yeah this one is saying it will fit 04 to 09 softails, but then makes mention that the clear window is on top so I dunno what to make of it. I don't wanna buy it then have to send it back. There must be something else out there ??

I emailed em and they said that they do have one that faces down, and that was all they said. Beats the shit outa me.

I suppose what I should have asked is - does everyone just use the NO CLEAR WINDOW taillight on the softail standards or customs ?? And do the cops worry about it if ya do ??
