Hi everyone, Elmodog here, just new so i thought i would intro myself. Ive just bought a 2005 Softail deluxe (black Naturally) and have already asked members questions which i had answered which was great. I pick it up in about 6 weeks due to financal timeframe so im tryibg to get as much info on stuff as i can before then. I want it to stay looking like it jst came out the showroom so im sure their will be many happy hours in the garage. Cheers.

Hey Dlux66 do you have the reflectors still on the front forks or did you remove them, if so how cause i dont wantto damage thecoating on them

G'day m8 & welcome ... to get the reflectors off, just prise em off with multi grips & clean up the residue with thinners for chrome or double D eucalyptus for paint, works a treat .....

Hi, and i heard to use fishing wire(nylon) to get off those plastic things.
