hey guys finally had my 204 cams installed man what a difference nice lopey sound and gained about 18hp according to my dyno printout,just have to go back in a week or so (when i can afford it)to get it remapped as its running flat in a few spots but all in all nice sound stoked .Kiwi.

MMMM....I barely got those figures with aircleaner, Tuner (PC111) and pipes, my 204's offered a little more TQ and a couple of HP....

Dyno pull started with stock 63.4 HP and 85.3 TQ..... after mods.....SE A/C, PC111 and V&H BSS got 80.4 HP and 91.56 TQ on a 07 96CI Softy....

Now with TTS, Vtune  and a looser engine it has  improved noticably......I would like to get the bike dynoed again but there arn't too many doing it for other than power commanders in my neck of the woods.....

the power commander and a good dyno is the precise way .the hd new system is supposed to better then the previous one .the dyno is used by all pro dragsters ,why,

PC mounting instructions for Dynas show pics of a domestic market model that does not have the alarm siren fitted(this is only an option in the US)
all HDI have the siren standard, so you simply cannot fit it there
even if you could and did, it would not have the easy access they claim for interfacing
so you have to make room under the seat(not easy) and the main connector sits right out in the open in the weather hmmm.......
I am not a PC fan, and that is a part of the reason why
I rate the stock ecm as very reliable, so having the ability to modify the settings to suit whatever set-up is desired seems ideal
(the factory themselves offer just that)
now that a few have become very familiar with tts in particular, and the software has been expanded, I would find it hard to look elsewhere
the battle often seems to be convincing people that all "race" parts may not be right for them,
eg drag pipes, which I see as a poor street choice for power production(and definitely can give major tuning problems with cam fitment, as in flat spot city)
