I was out riding  around Maleny today when i noticed a horrible matalic rattle, after several stops to try and find out what it was i realised it was coming from one of my mufflers, sounds to me like the baffle is loose. The mufflers are S. Eagle about 10 yrs. old look like new sound great ( before the rattle) so i would like to keep them, is there anyway of repairing them that is not too costly?

Well who'd have thought that the day would come when a " Blokes Look !! " just didn't cut it.

 I gave the muffler a couple of kicks with the side of my foot it rattled like buggery so Obviously!!  the baffle is loose in the muffler, stands to reason doesn;t it. I went to remove the muffler to look at the offending baffle and much to my surprise the two nuts that retain the muffler were missing... easy fix. 

its so nice when its a easy  one to fix
