    Howdy good people,

I have searched for some serious advice on what everyone is using to no avail so,

what oil is everyone using in there shovels??   Including gearbox's etc??

So far I gather 50W but what brands etc.

Feel like the ol' girl needs a blood transfusion shortly and I have only ever used Harley fluids...

I feel there may be some better alternatives out there, just dont know what..

    Thanks in advance

Ran my 81 on Penrite for 20 years, no issues.
Sold it in 2002 (couldn't get any money for the missus.)
Got an 89 Heritage in 2007, maybe one day another Shovel.

Hi, I run Penrite "H.D. oil" 50/70. No dramas at all. The other thing is Bursons stock it or at least can get it for you, Avoids Bike shop prices and bullshit.
