TTS - Setting up a new tune. CLB table question

    I just bought the TTS for my 2009 Street Glide.  I currently only have a set of Wild Pig Pipes w/1.75" baffles.

     

    I am using the TD205-002-C2 calibration as my starting point.

    I am attempting to follow the tuning guide but am a little bit confused.   The manual says to take the CLB table and set it to the value of your choice across the board.  If I do this and then finish V-tuning, won't I have to re V-tune again if I want to tweak the CLB table later?  What I guess I mean is, what if I don't want the CLB table to have one constant value...wouldn't I have to set that table up correctly first?

    I guess my real question is...is what value(s) would be optimal for the CLB table?  

    I'm basically looking to cool the bike down in stop and go traffic situations.  All other areas, I just want to keep a good running bike with good mileage....
