Hi could someone do me a huge favour mate of mine im servicing his bike tomorrow, but he cant find his book. I service mine etc but mines an 88. Just wondering if the primary takes a litre like my 05 88? If someone could have a look in thier book that be swell. Also they have a auto primary adjuster handy as I dont have to adjust it lol. Do you just put the oil in through the derby cover as there is no inspection plate like an 88 etc. Sorry if sounds stupid I aint lol just aint serviced a 96 before. Presuming basically the same.

 

 

cranky... i use 1 US Quart / 946ml of Spectro Primary chaincase oil in my 96 cube softail rocker...just remove the derby cover and pour it in...
