Well I am all excited, flying to brisbane this sunday after nightshift to pick up the new bike and I can't wait. Just got my jacket and boots back from getting fixed. It's been ten years since I've done a road trip and the first on a harley. Will be back in hobart for work on friday. Stopping at Gosford and The rock to get on the piss with blokes I don't see very often any more.
The current owner has serviced and put new tyres on the bike for me, even fitted the screen for the first time ever. He seems like a great bloke, this is his 6th harley and is just to old to ride anymore.
What specic tools should I take, eg what size spanners and allen keys. Not that i expect to brake down.
Dave
Thats tops brother...have a safe journey and keep your knees in the brezze and your arse in the saddle but most of all enjoy....ride safe
I have a lot of tools, but what is a star allen key set, I've never heard of it.
nice lookin bike, enjoy the ride you lucky bastard.
ride safe mate .......... at least your riding back , probably be a real adventure and you will definately remember your 1st ride on your harley
Good choice. Lucky you got the screen fitted as you would eat a lot of bugs smiling that much
I so excited I can't sleep, I am all packed and ready to go. Just gotta do shift tonight, don't get there till 2pm so plenty of time to sleep on the way. Got all those tools except the torc bits, the ex must have got em in the divorse, lol. Thanks Boys.
