Was in Sydney yesterday for an a appointment with a doc and has some time to kill so I organised a test ride at Trivetts. Asked for a ride on a X-Bones but they had none, so I took a 07 Softtail Standard and a 09 Fatboy, immediately felt the vibration difference ie none at idle, much the same up through the revs though, anyway all I can say is I'm glad I have a Dyna, my Streetbob shits on both of them, although I did prefer the Standard over the Fatboy. I know each to their own but give me a Bob anyday.

My last bike a 98 softie this one a 97 wideglide and I don't notice much difference.....

I test rode the softail standard when I was looking around as well, I like the look of them, but it didn't feel as good to me as the Dyna.
