If you understand what you are getting into with dragpipes, then you will be able to source them from the aftermarket industry, or get a set made. But be prepared for the noise police and the fact that dag pipes generally only give you top end, and sacrifice bottom end. And you will definetly need to tune

    ditto
some like the look of them, which is fair enough
i dont think they work well at all, and present a poor power option for street riding

My mate runs a set of drag pipes on his 04 softail. And i thought my bike was loud. Don't know how he rides without ear plugs.

Agreed. I have a neighbour with drag pipes on his Fatty....you can hear the friggin thing coming from miles away, sounds like a tractor with holes in the exhaust, and definitely blows a lot of your oomph out the pipes. It takes ya beyond the Harley sound everybody appreciates into "what a wanker' territory!!  And on a long ride it would become tiresome listening to the racket.

A good set of slip ons with removable/replaceable baffles will get the Sporty a good deep note.  I'm saving for a V&H 2-1 meself (dammit should have bought when the dollar bottomed out earlier this year, they were about $600 delivered from the US!)

Dont wast your time or money, Drag Pipes have no Baffles, The Bike Needs Baffles for Back Pressure , I tryed my Hooker Trouble Makers once without the Baffles, The thing wouldn't Rev over 3500, It was dangersly Lean,
Look for somthing else there are lots of Great Systems on the Market

i had a set of straight through upswept pipes on my fatboy , no -one would let me ride in front of them, noise use to drive them mad, mmmmm noise . does get annoying on a long trip though.
