RR heads 79cc F%#K , ur setup is total diff to mine , i dont have cut outs in my pistons either, hope ur build  turns out a lot better than mine,

had a drag with a 100cub today and blew him away  probly 15 car lenths

also a real hot tc88/95 same thing , so low compresion is realy working 4 me  but ill still get the 104cc heads cut if we can

STICKS do ur pistons have cuts in them ?

HOW the hell can these 107s be diff from 1 person to another ?

KARL can u email me them pics so i can show my builder

Does the S&S air cleaner include the backing plate to mount to the Delphi throttle body,as they don't have any stock here,am waiting for mine from the U.S.

Apparently S&S make some sort of adaptor to fit the 07 throttle body, going only on what I was told by ECC last week

I did e-mail you back on the heads. There is no way that the head can be 100+ cc. The largest we can make that combustion chamber volume is 96 cc, and the CCP that you listed is also way off . You gave me leak down psi readings they are fine in fact great. So if you use math to come up with CCP that you are giving me , add the leak down rate you are not even close to that CCP reading that was given to you.   Now if I could ( it is impossible) to make the head 104 cc take that with bore and stroke along with the closing on the intake cam you would be in the 163 ccp range. Now I played with the numbers and you would need a head with 130 cc chamber volume to have that low of compression IF the cam is installed correctly.

If the cam is not installed correctly you could get that ccp number, as with the low leak down rate that tells me that there is no problem with ring sealing, as I said there is no way for that combustion chmaber to measure 104 cc. Unless there was a leak with the fluid. That chamber is 82.7 as that is what it measured, take that with a 3.937 bore and a 4.375 stroke , and the .030 head gasket you get 10.469.1 compression. I do not think you could get the bike to run with the numbers you gave me.

The piston we sent you have a -.2.1 total cc for valve pocket relief. They are the same 107 pistons that karl got,.  Feel free to give me a call i will try to help you with the issues you have, but I thikn the problem you have is the builder, not the parts.

Ever CC burette that is for bikes only reads to 100 cc , what type of measuring device are they using to come up with that cc?? is there a spark plug installed, flat CC plate over the chamber??

As I said drop me a line I wil be more than happy to talk with you and I can send you all the specs and math as well to show you what it takes to have the numbers you sent me .

We try to ensure that there is never any issues, so when there is something that comes ups we do our best to make sure it is handled ASAP. unless of course it is for Karl then we just laugh  . HA HA .  Since Karl did blow up his little dyna. I guess the question is how far did you rev the bike????  Just giving you a hard time, Karl ,.. still looking for the pictures of you and your mates all together in my shop shirts.
