This event is for anyone who rides motorcycles and those who would like to. It has been run over the past ten Friday 13ths but this November expands into a 2 day celebration for all bikers and their friends. The event is going to be one hell of a lot of fun, and whether you can arrive on Friday or Saturday you will be in line for some good old fashioned biker attitude partying. Continuous entertainment and lots of entertaining "surprizes" in a unique rally style location. Fully catered and bars in place; even wine and cheese tastings for the sophisticated ;-) Held at Goomeri in the South Burnet region of Queensland Friday night and up to 1am Saturday,  then after a "Show n Shine Competition in Goomeri" we ride out to Dusty Hill Winery.

Just thought I'd let you know we have just secured Doc Span and Band as one of our bands. There's some updated information on the web site www.friday13th.com.au By the way thanks heaps to the friendly welcome here on the forum ...only goes to show how close the family really is. Planning for the big event in November is well advanced.  We have three bands, a fashion show, great food, snacks on tap, real coffee van on location, wine and cheese tastings, courtesy bus for those wishing to travel back to Goomeri, all drinks & food by ticket system (no hassles with cash).    Big “all you can eat breakfast” Sunday morning (included in ticket price).  Event patch included in ticket price.  Various entertaining activities throughout the event.  Price draws.  And you know what?  We haven’t really started getting organized yet!   We aim to make this an event that you will remember for a long time.

 

REMEMBER that to be in the draw for refund of entry tickets and other prizes such as Doc Span CDs you’ll need to have purchased your ticket before the end of the month.

 

Also if you are planning to bring your club please contact us as we have incentives for group bookings (over 10).

Which bands?

Saturday there is a lead in band then Doc Span & Ross Williams up until midnight. Saturday starts at 2 with a local Sunshine Coast band "Loose Cannon" followed by another lead in act . Pop Standen also lending a hand to the jam. Waiting for some news of another well recognised muso who looking to come also. There will be everything from rock, blues to jazz ...full volume to acoustic sessions. The more people we get the bigger it gets.
