I own a 09 fatbob and want to fit a shit light , was woundering if anybody has fitted one to a injected moter as they run a serial data wire instead a tacho wire . Have looked at a couple of different  lights MSD digital and Pingle shift minder system ,if anybody has hooked up a shift light what type did you use and how did it wire in .Any  information would be welcome.

Have already got a speedo with a combined tacho, wiring upto speedo is a serial data line ,one wire sends signals to both speedo and tacho then internally they convert signals into a readings, still getting use to forum stuffed up double post,will have to do some more research before buying shift light ,Pingle shift minder looks the same as Dynatek ,they also have a clutchless shfting system that I am looking at  on there websight.
