hi all, im from melb. dont own one at the moment (i ride a kawasaki- i hope im allowed to say that here) but i am planning my next project

for when im finnished the kwaka. hopefully im going to put together a rigid custom with a stock rake and springer front end. it will be a bit of a

battle axe, no show bike at all. thought i'd at sign up here, theres all sorts of info and could possibly learn a thing or 2 i wouldnt have otherwise.

It's ok I ride a Kwaka too...... but only on dirt, only 1 way to travel on the black top, and that's on a harley....

thanks for the replies, it seems like a lively forum you have here. im almost having second thoughts, its going to be a bit of effort
to build it from scratch but i know in 6 months i will be thinking why didnt i start it already. Im looking around for a frame at the moment,
not having much luck finding anything locally, i have seen plenty of bargins from america but i cant get them shipped cheap enough to be worth it.
anyone got any idea's where to find a cheap 'older' frame locally, possibly even a damaged one? cheers, Sundayrider.
