Look at the MCAS website they may have something that might work for you, or the HD website.

Doc, I got a black fender rack from South West Harley $155.33 for the same reason i'll put it on for the over nighters then take it off when not in use

Also Kazz Mazz in Kelmscott sell ghost brackets for saddle bags they are a bolt on bolt off set up so you don't have ugly brackets hanging off your bike when you don't want your saddle bags on. I know Ando ( Darren ) has a set & Nathan too if you want to ask them about them.

    to this...

    then this...

    Takes about ten minutes.

The rack and backrest arent quick release but its only 4 bolts to take them off anyway.

The seat in the first pic is a brawler, second pic is  sundowner and last pic is stock.

Sundowner is very comfortable and raises you up and forward about an inch. I think it was $500 and something.

    cheers

I'm producing a custom rack that will hold Harley's base Rocker passenger pillion and sissy bar. It requires no modifications, leaving the original passenger pillion in place for day to day riding if desired. Or it can be used just as a luggage rack.

Ran into the same issue, with limited [or no] choices to stay with the stock seating pieces. The finished units will made from stainless 7/16" and 3/8" round stock, polished.

Didn't have any luck attempting to attach pics, can email them, or possibly someone can tell me the secret to attaching in the post...

You're right! Hope you have a love for railroad [or other] steam engines as well... I miss spelled the user name on another site years ago and it just stuck

Bt the way, should have mentioned that my luggage rack/seat platform fits the Rocker C only. Do you know the trick to including pics in the message?

    Steemer,

Waiting for the sun to come out...

    Walka,

i have been looking for a rack the same as the one in the pic to fit a 08 FXST.  Will they fit with the Lepera barebones seat? Also do you sell them in black as well?

The Rack that I have are Listed to suit 2000 to 2003, But Im sure they fit on to later Bikes, They bolt on to the Struts behind the Seat and the on to the Spare Seat Bolt at the end of the Rear Gaurd.. Chrome only, I dont think they will work with 200 Tyres

    All,

I too have been chasing all over the web for a rack like the one in the above pic. Does anyone know of an outlet that sells racks to suit a 08 FXST (200mm rear) solo seat. i have tried, motherweel, JPcycles, and Alloy art to name a few.

I had the same problem. I started to solve it yesterday when I bought $12 of 1/2" round bar and made this up

Have to clean up the shitty welding and get it powdercoated black. Might make another one and chrome it but for now black sounds good.

I was thinking about throwing a back rest on for the long haul.
